Boston, MA LODD Funeral - FF Michael Kennedy - 4/3/14

Thousands of Firefighters gathered again, just one day removed from the funeral of Lt. Ed Walsh, to remember the life and career of Boston Firefighter Mike Kennedy of Ladder 15. Both men were killed on the afternoon of March 26, 2014 while battling a massive 9 alarm fire at 298 Beacon St in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood. Kennedy was a former United States Marine Corps Sergeant and Iraq war Veteran, an avid motorcyclist and a 6 year verteran of the Boston Fire Department. He was also one of the first BFD members on the scene of the deadly Boston Marathon Bombing on April 15, 2013
